Important points to note:
Our policy is Exchange Only; we do not process Returns or Refunds.
An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
Variations in product color due to lighting or screen settings will not be accepted as a valid reason for exchange.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery; any requests after this period will not be accepted.
Each request will undergo our Quality Check process, and the decision by our QC team will be final.
Upon approval of an exchange request, you will receive store credits valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
Shipping charges for the exchange will be deducted from the store credit value.
Items not eligible for exchange include:
- Used products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
- Products with missing or damaged packaging materials like barcode tags, boxes, bills, etc.
- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased with store credits, offers, discounts, or during the Sale Period
- Gift pieces added to your order by AMR Fashions
- Gift Pack Orders requested by the client
Exchange Process:
Initiate the exchange within 48 hours of delivery by sending a WhatsApp message to +91 7498752895 or emailing us at help@amrfashions.co.in with your order number and reason for exchange.
If the criteria are met, the exchange design(s) will be picked up within 2 to 4 working days; otherwise, you will receive a rejection message.
Ensure the product(s) are in original saleable condition, unworn/unused, with all tags, packaging material, and gift pieces (if any) intact, along with the original order invoice.
Once we receive the design(s), they will undergo the Quality Check process. If successful, store credits will be issued within 2 to 4 working days; otherwise, the design(s) will be returned with additional shipping charges deducted.
Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the total store credit amount. Store credits should be used within 45 days from the date of issue.
How to use AMR Fashions Store Credits:
Select the designs you wish to purchase with your Store Credit and send a WhatsApp message to +91 7498752895 with the desired design(s) for exchange.
Our team will apply the Store Credit, deducting the amount from the payable total.
The validity of the gift card or Store Credit is 45 days from the date of issue.
No COD on exchange orders using Store Credit; only prepaid payments will be accepted.
Store Credit value excludes the shipping fee paid during the order placement.

Expired Gift Cards cannot be used, and funds from expired cards will not be reimbursed or credited.
Cancellation Policy before Shipment:
If your order or the design(s) you want to cancel has not been shipped, and you wish to cancel, reach us at 7498752895 . Our team will assist with the cancellation, and there will be no charges.
Cancellation Policy after Shipment:
If your order has already been dispatched, and you wish to cancel, or if it is being returned due to non-acceptance of the courier, we process store credits once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.
